HADITH - Peacemaking

Narrated Sahl bin Sad: There was a dispute amongst the people of the tribe of Bani 'Amr bin 'Auf. The Prophet went to them along with some of his companions in order to make peace between them. The time for the prayer became due but the Prophet did not turn up; Bilal pronounced the Adhan (i.e. call) for the prayer but the Prophet did not turn up, so Bilal went to Abu Bakr and said, "The time for the prayer is due and the Prophet i detained, would you lead the people in the prayer?" Abu Bakr replied, "Yes, you wish." So, Bilal pronounced the Iqama of the prayer and Abu Bakr went ahead (to lead the prayer), but the Prophet came walking among the rows till he joined the first row. The people started clapping and they clapped too much, and Abu Bakr used not to look hither and thither in the prayer, but he turned round and saw the Prophet standing behind him. The Prophet beckoned him with his hand to keep on praying where he was. Abu Bakr raised his hand and praised Allah and then retreated till he came in the (first) row, and the Prophet went ahead and lead the people in the prayer. When the Prophet finished the prayer, he turned towards the people and said, "O people! When something happens to you during the prayer, you start clapping. Really clapping is (permissible) for women only. If something happens to one of you in his prayer, he should say: 'Subhan Allah', (Glorified be Allah), for whoever hears him (saying so) will direct his attention towards him. O Abu Bakr! What prevented you from leading the people in the prayer when I beckoned to you (to continue)?" Abu Bakr replied, "It did not befit the son of Abu Quhafa to lead the prayer in front of the Prophet.

5 Syarat Melakukan Maksiat

Dia berkata,

“Wahai Aba Ishak! Selama ini aku gemar bermaksiat. Tolong berikan aku nasihat.”

wahai Aba Ishak?”

Ibrahim bin Adham berkata, “Syarat pertama, jika kamu bermaksiat kepada Allah,

jangan memakan rezekinya.”

Mendengar itu dia mengenyitkan kening seraya berkata, “Dari mana aku mahu

makan?

mampukah memakan rezekinya, sedangkan kamu selalu berkeinginan melanggar

laranganNya?”

“Yang kedua,” kata Ibrahim, “Kalau mahu bermaksiat, jangan tinggal di bumiNya!”

Syarat ini membuat lelaki itu terkejut setengah mati. Ibrahim kembali berkata

kepadanya, “Wahai Abdullah, fikirkanlah, apakah kamu layak memakan

mana? Mana mungkin Allah tidak melihat kita?”

“Ya, kalau memang yakin demikian, apakah kamu masih berkeinginan melakukan

maksiat?” kata Ibrahim.

Ibrahim melanjutkan,

“Kalau malaikat maut datang hendak mencabut rohmu, katakanlah

kepadanya; Ketepikan kematianku dulu. Aku masih mahu bertaubat dan melakukan

amal soleh.”

Ibrahim pun menjawab, “Wahai Abdullah kalau malaikat Zabaniyah datang hendak

THE MYSTERY OF ME..n_n episode 1

Some people keep asking me..’cty why u do like that? why u do like this? what is wrong with u? why u behave like that? u so weird..; please don’t do like that again..; please try to change..; why u soooo shy? why u don’t want to help me? i’m so dissapoint wif u..
And sometimes i dunno what to answer..becoz i’m not good in explaining something or the reason why i do like that.. sometimes i juz let the people judge me; up to them, what they want to say, or talk behind me, or maybe misunderstood me. i juz leave it like that without telling them why.. i hate giving a reason although i have it……..Now i want to discuss about one of my biggest problem in my life..n i realy hope there is sumbody out there would like to share or help me solving it..huhu
(actualy i ask the help of internet to explain it to u guys..hehe)

Social phobia

People with social phobia have deep fears of being watched or judged by others and being embarrassed in public. This may extend to a general fear of social situations—or be more specific or circumscribed, such as a fear of giving speeches or of performing (stage fright). More rarely, people with social phobia may have trouble using a public restroom, eating in a restaurant, or signing their name in front of others.(xdela sampai semua..)
Social phobia is not the same as shyness. Shy people may feel uncomfortable with others, but they don’t experience severe anxiety, they don’t worry excessively about social situations beforehand, and they don’t avoid events that make them feel self-conscious. On the other hand, people with social phobia may not be shy-they may feel perfectly comfortable with people except in specific situations. Social phobias may be only mildly irritating, or they may significantly interfere with daily life (mmg susah, tapi skrg org leh la jgk kawal ckit2). It is not unusual for people with social phobia to turn down job offers (yg melibatkan bnyk jumpe dgn org ramai) or avoid relationships because of their fears. (ermm..yg ni adela jgk..tp xla semua.)
Those who suffer from social phobias can get horrifically nervous just being around other people, even folks that they recognize.(dgn korang pun org slalu kena cmni, tp bila xbrapa ramai org ok je). It is a fear that they will be criticized or evaluated by other people. This fear can be triggered in almost any type of social interaction. A person could be standing on line at a supermarket and get stressful feelings as they imagine having to talk to the cashier as they checkout.(erm..ade lg 1 reason, tp xleh ckp kt sini, kna tanya saya personally..hehe)

Causes and symptoms
Experts don’t really know why phobias develop, although research suggests the tendency to develop phobias may be a complex interaction between heredity and environment. Some hypersensitive people have unique chemical reactions in the brain that cause them to respond much more strongly to stress. These people also may be especially sensitive to caffeine, which triggers certain brain chemical responses.(kan orang dh bgtau org tak leh minum kopi, tp ade yg kate org ngada2..sedih tau..)
Advances in neuroimaging have also led researchers to identify certain parts of the brain and specific neural pathways that are associated with phobias. One part of the brain that is currently being studied is the amygdala, an almond-shaped body of nerve cells involved in normal fear conditioning. Another area of the brain that appears to be linked to phobias is the posterior cerebellum.
While experts believe the tendency to develop phobias runs in families and may be hereditary, a specific stressful event usually triggers the development of a specific phobia or agoraphobia.(bila cube nak berlagak jd ok mcm org biasa.. hasilnya org akan jd clumsy..very2 clumsy..sbb tu x brape slesa klu org lain tgk sy buat kerja..bukan x suka korg tp jd clumsy la bile wt, habis smua x brape jd..nk wt cmne..)

Prevention
There is no known way to prevent the development of phobias other than drugs..
so..this is 1 of my problem. i really seek for a help from u guys. Because, having this type of phobia is still a mystery for me..but i really want to overcome it. i already try to face with it ( n i think it will faded from time to time.. yeahh cty boleh.. :)  )
